Full payment for every acupuncture appointment is required at least 48 hours before the appointment to secure the booking.

To ensure appointment times remain available for all patients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled or refunded.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48hours' notice mat be charged up to the full appointment fee.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full appointment fee.
