My Journey to AcupunctureÂ
My interest in health and wellbeing began with a degree in Psychology at the University of Nottingham, where I developed a fascination with the connection between mind and body. Through volunteering on mental health support platforms and working within clinical research, I gained valuable insight into the healthcare system and the challenges many people face when seeking support.

While I have great respect for modern medicine and the important role it plays, I also saw that many individuals were left searching for additional support, particularly for ongoing health concerns, stress, and overall wellbeing. This inspired me to explore a more holistic approach to healthcare, one that looks at the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.

Acupuncture offered the balance I was looking for. It combines centuries of traditional wisdom with a personalised approach that recognises the unique physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors influencing health. I was drawn to its ability to support both body and mind, helping people move towards greater balance, resilience, and wellbeing.

Today, my aim is to provide compassionate, person-centred care in a calm and welcoming environment, supporting each individual on their own health journey.
