To ensure appointment times remain available for all patients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled or refunded.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments without notice, will be charged at the full appointment fee.
